WILL THIS REPLACE MY PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

Maybe, but probably not. If you’re using a PM tool such as Monday, Basecamp, Liquid Planner, or Teamwork then you’ll likely still use that system to manage your projects. Church Requests will work alongside your PM tool to help you better manage and track your incoming requests. You can even assign tasks from within a request and track their progress. Most churches don’t need robust project management systems, and may find Church Requests fulfills everything they need.

In the future we plan on adding premium integrations that will allow you to automatically export requests to your project management tool of choice.

Church Requests is continually being developed and we’re adding new features all the time. Help us decide what to add and build next, by providing your feedback.

CAN I TRY IT OUT FIRST?

We don’t currently offer a free trial, however we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. So there’s no risk to sign up and try it out. If you find Church Requests doesn’t work for you, just request a full refund within 30 days.

After 30 days you can still cancel anytime with the click of a button, there’s no contracts.

CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

If you’re on the Starter plan, you can upgrade to an Unlimited plan at any time. Go to Settings > Billing Information to find the options available on your account. 

When you upgrade you will need to re-enter credit card details to do so. 

CAN I DOWNGRADE OR CANCEL MY PLAN?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Settings > Billing Information to find the options available on your account. 

If you cancel your plan you’ll continue to have access at your current level until the current billing period closes. You can also resume your subscription at any time. 

Downgrading from Unlimited to Starter is currently not available. You would need to first cancel your plan, then create a new account choosing the Starter plan. 

HOW MANY USERS WILL I NEED?

You will need a Requestor user account for every person who may submit requests within your church. Think of your ministry leads, admins, pastors, and anyone else who makes requests. Each account needs at least one Account Manager user to manage and update the requests.

A Starter account includes 1 Account Manager user, and up to 3 Requestor Users. If you need more, you will want to upgrade to the Unlimited account. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings. Cancellations made within 30 days of first creating your account may qualify for a refund. Any cancellations made after 30 days of service will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at support@churchrequests with any questions.
